About the Job We are a supervisory group on the local market in Skaraborg with 50 employees divided approximately 50/50 between office staff and skilled workers. We have many exciting projects underway and in the pipeline, and we need to grow our team! With us, you will be part of a good team of engaged and driven colleagues. We work as a team in our projects where commitment and participation are important, where everyone's competence contributes to our common goals and successful projects. We work on the local market in Skaraborg and flexibility for daily commuting within the area is required. The position is full-time with start in autumn 2026. About the Role We are looking for someone who is responsible and thorough in your approach to work, where it is important that your work is performed with good quality and in a safe manner. You are positive, engaged, and solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team while also being able to take ownership and work independently. You appreciate a variety of tasks and have the ability to drive both your own work and the team's work forward, and you understand the value of close dialogue and good feedback with management. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in mark and construction work required Good knowledge of Swedish required; ability to make yourself understood and understand others B driver's license required Vocational certification in mark and construction is a merit Pipe laying competence is a merit Recruitment Process The final application deadline is August 16.
