Ramunderskolan is centrally located in Söderköping, close to sports facilities and outdoor swimming, while forest and nature are accessible within walking distance. Here, just over 60 people work in three teams. We have a large proportion of certified teachers and place great emphasis on everyone thriving at school, both students and adults. In our work building students' self-esteem and security, we work with "Motivation Boost" and a peer support program we call "Amigos."

Job Description
In your role as a teaching teacher, you join our subject team and shape instruction together with our other teachers. You teach our students in mathematics and science, and you plan and carry out pedagogical work in collaboration with your colleagues. You are part of a grade-level team, and mentorship is included in the position.

Qualifications
We seek you as a certified teacher in mathematics, biology, chemistry, and/or physics. Broad subject certification is a merit, as is teaching experience. We want you to be well versed in current curricula and apply them in daily operations. We see that you are genuinely interested in teaching, school development, and seeking new ways to provide students with the best possible education.
As a person, you are responsive and have a strong ability to recognize each student's individual needs and circumstances. You have the ability to inspire and engage and do not see challenges as obstacles but as challenges you want to find solutions for. You see collaboration as a path to continued development and actively participate in team and subject meetings, and you have a professional approach in your interactions with students, colleagues, and parents.
