We are now hiring a certified teacher in Math/Science/Technology for grades 7–9 at Kunskapsskolan Jönköping on a full-time basis. Through regular mentoring meetings, you support students in planning their studies, setting goals, and developing learning strategies. In your work, you will, among other things: - plan, conduct, and develop instruction in Math/Science/Technology for grades 7–9 - create a structured, inspiring, and accessible learning environment - serve as a personal mentor and support students' knowledge development and goal achievement - follow up, document, and assess students' knowledge development according to Lgr22 - contribute to creating positive learning environments where every student feels safe, involved, and can study undisturbed - collaborate with colleagues in work teams and subject teams to develop instruction - actively contribute to the school's collective learning and continued development At Kunskapsskolan, we work closely together. We are looking for someone who: - is a certified teacher with authorization to teach Math/Science/Technology for grades 7–9 - has good knowledge of Lgr22 and formative assessment - has a relational and inclusive approach - has strong collaboration skills and contributes to a positive workplace climate Teaching experience is a plus, but we also welcome newly graduated teachers who want to develop with us. About us: Kunskapsskolan Jönköping is an elementary school for grades 4–9. The school was founded in 2011 and is located between Jönköping and Huskvarna with a beautiful view over Vättern. Transportation is very convenient with both bus and train within walking distance. Kunskapsskolan is part of Kunskapsskolan Sverige, which operates 29 elementary schools and six gymnasiums throughout the country. Our pedagogy is based on giving every student the opportunity to achieve more than they themselves thought was possible through personally tailored education, clear structure, and close mentoring.
