Quality Manager

Master Bike, s.r.o. is a significant Czech manufacturer of bicycles. For our quality control department, we are looking for an ambitious colleague to join our team in Zábřeh. Job Responsibilities: • Comprehensive management, leadership and development of the quality control department • Incoming inspection of purchased materials and processing documentation from measurement results • Outgoing inspection of products and processing documentation from measurement results • Creation of internal inspection procedures and monitoring their compliance • Handling complaints - from suppliers and customers • Management of the metrology system - records, calibration • Management of corrective and preventive actions • Employee training in the field of quality control • Cooperation with other departments on product development and new products in relation to quality control Requirements: • Minimum secondary technical education (preferably mechanical engineering) • Knowledge of quality management systems • User-level proficiency with MS Office • Organizational skills, creativity, active approach to work • English language knowledge both written and spoken (at least B1) - frequent written communication with suppliers and customers from countries outside the Czech Republic • Knowledge of quality standards and general quality standards • Knowledge of quality tools is an advantage • Internal auditor experience is an advantage We Offer: • Interesting, responsible and promising work • Support of a strong Czech company • Appropriate financial compensation based on seniority with motivation for achieved results • Transparent and dynamic environment with friendly company culture • Thorough training and colleague support during onboarding, further internal training • Flexible working hours, possibility to extend employment after one year Employee Benefits: 25 days of vacation, mobile phone, notebook, regular company events, regularly paid bonuses, rewards for above-standard work performance, meal allowance, pension insurance contribution Please send your CV to: [email protected]Master Bike, s.r.o. is a significant Czech manufacturer of bicycles.
