Lean Manufacturing Manager

Permanent position with flexible working hours. Start date by agreement. Job responsibilities: implementing lean projects, monitoring, evaluating and presenting them; building a lean culture within the company; responsibility for continuous improvement of manufacturing processes; monitoring of implemented methods, processes and standards; conducting internal lean training and coaching managers in Shopfloor Management; close collaboration with colleagues. Requirements: minimum high school education with technical focus or relevant industry experience; German language skills at communicative level, English language a plus; knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methods; active PC skills - MS Office, SAP system a plus; flexibility, communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a team; driving license category B.
