Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in construction • ČKAIT certification for transportation construction or bridges and engineering structures • Group B driver's license • PC proficiency • Knowledge of traffic and construction laws • Experience managing teams • Organizational and communication skills • Reliability, independence Job Responsibilities: During Project Preparation • Coordinates and methodically manages preparation and execution of construction projects • Establishes and monitors compliance with preparation schedules - procurement of preparation services, assignment of design documentation, development of project documentation, ensuring property rights settlement for construction, securing engineering activities and documentation for construction permits, preparing submissions for grants per methodology, etc. • Verifies completeness of materials from regional offices for project preparation and execution • Reviews project documentation and construction budgets • Reviews ZTKP construction documents • Coordinates preparation and execution of construction projects • Reviews technical materials for client's tender procedures for individual projects • Collaborates on preparing documentation for grant applications • Prepares simple construction budgets • Monitors compliance with deadlines for submitting materials for selection of designers or contractors During Project Execution • Performs duties as project representative, i.e., site manager, TDS, or health and safety coordinator on site as needed • Establishes and monitors compliance with execution schedules - issuing tender procedures for construction execution, verifying completeness of materials and timely preparation for handover to sales department, reviewing construction quality plans, inspection and testing plans, technological procedure proposals, site handover to contractor, and schedule compliance per contract • Ensures building supervision activities • Performs quality control with contractors per applicable regulations and is responsible for work acceptance and project invoicing per approved design documentation Benefits: • Strong backing of a stable company, flexible working hours • 5 weeks of vacation • Meal vouchers via electronic meal card • Contribution toward supplemental pension or savings • We provide necessary training and courses More information at www.uskhk.eu ----> CAREERSend your resume to [email protected].
