Requirements: - University degree in construction - ČKAIT authorization for transportation structures or bridges and engineering structures - Group B driver's license - PC skills - Knowledge of road and construction regulations - Experience in team management - Organizational and communication skills - Reliability and independence. Job responsibilities: During construction preparation: - Coordinates and methodically manages preparation and implementation of construction projects - Establishes and monitors compliance with preparation schedules - ordering preparation services, commissioning project documentation, preparing project documentation, ensuring property rights settlement for construction, arranging engineering activities and documentation for building permits, preparing materials for subsidy applications according to methodology, etc. - Monitors completeness of materials from regional offices for construction preparation and implementation - Reviews project documentation and construction budgets - Checks ZTKP of construction projects - Coordinates preparation and implementation of construction projects - Reviews technical materials for client tender procedures for individual projects - Cooperation in preparing materials for subsidy applications - Prepares simple construction budgets - Monitors compliance with deadlines for submitting materials for designer or contractor selection During construction implementation: - Performs duties as client representative, site manager, TDS, or possibly BOZP coordinator on the construction site - Establishes and monitors compliance with construction implementation schedules - conducting tender procedures for construction, verifying completeness of materials and timely preparation for handover to the commercial department, reviewing construction quality plans, inspection test plans, proposed construction methods, site handover to contractor and compliance with project schedule according to SOD - Ensures performance of construction supervision - Conducts quality control at contractors in accordance with applicable regulations and is responsible for work acceptance and construction invoicing according to approved project documentation.
