ARA dílna s.r.o. is seeking an experienced manager to lead the development of agricultural services—someone who combines expertise, business acumen, and organizational skills. We're looking for a talented individual who sees beyond the numbers, can work effectively with a team, and is able to deliver both long-term strategy and daily results. Your responsibility will be to oversee and develop the entire division. You will lead a team of field workers and serve as their right hand. You will establish a vision and plan for advancing the division operationally and commercially. You will identify new opportunities and optimize operations and process improvements. You will become a key contact person for our business partners and agricultural enterprises. At the same time, you will maintain oversight of the operational and technical aspects of the services. We welcome candidates who are comfortable traveling, solving problems, and working with team members on a daily basis. Start date: immediately upon agreement or as negotiated.
