Goma Asian gastropub opened in fall 2020 and has become Miss Voon's bustling younger sibling. Goma is a gastropub with drinks in focus, high ambitions, and relaxed service. Downstairs we have our private karaoke room - Gorma! Here we want to offer our guests an extra experience in the form of their own private celebration with food, drinks, and singing. High energy and joy should permeate every visit to us! We are now seeking a strong and present manager for GOMA – a restaurant where food, drinks, atmosphere, and experience come together under one roof. GOMA is a vibrant restaurant where the pace is fast, guests are plentiful, and energy matters. Here dinner, cocktails, and social atmosphere meet in an environment where service and atmosphere go hand in hand. As a manager with us, you have a central role in driving and developing the business. You are a present leader in the dining room, confident in operations, and have a natural way of creating energy in the team. You work closely with both staff and guests and have a clear focus on service, quality, and results. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys restaurant life. You are used to taking responsibility, making decisions, and keeping operations together even when the pace is high. At the same time, you have the ability to build team spirit and create a workplace where people want to perform together. The role involves responsibility for the daily operations of the restaurant, scheduling and personnel management, and ensuring that service standards remain high every evening. You also work actively with sales, guest experience, and business development together with management. We believe you have experience from a leadership role in the restaurant industry and that you are someone who thrives in an environment where things happen. You are organized but also flexible, solution-oriented, and unpretentious. Above all, you are a leader who can be present in the dining room and contribute to the energy and feeling that makes guests want to come back.
