About the Role As Manager Maintenance & Reliability, you will lead a group of engineers and technicians, ensuring stable, safe, and quality-assured production through their efforts. The team drives continuous improvements to ensure efficient maintenance processes with high regulatory compliance. You will act as a technical and operational leader in maintenance and operations work, ensuring that all equipment and systems are maintained and operated to meet both today's and tomorrow's requirements. The role combines strategic work, where you set the direction for the Maintenance & Reliability area, with operational leadership close to production. You will lead maintenance personnel, coordinate external suppliers, represent the function in CAPEX projects, and collaborate with the global Maintenance & Reliability team. As a manager, you have the mandate to make decisions within your area and act proactively to identify risks and improvement opportunities, making you a key person for the facility's continued growth and quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate maintenance personnel and external suppliers, with responsibility for the department's results and performance Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and preventive and predictive maintenance programs Drive initiatives to improve reliability and identify and address deviations in equipment and systems Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, and SHE regulations and manage the maintenance budget Represent Maintenance & Reliability in CAPEX projects and with suppliers Develop maintenance personnel through evaluation and training, and collaborate with the global Maintenance & Reliability team Your Profile You are an experienced and confident leader with strong quality awareness and technical drive in maintenance and reliability. You combine technical expertise with leadership and are skilled at making decisions on both personnel and technical matters within your operations. You are driven by complex challenges and have a proactive, solution-oriented approach that allows you to identify root causes early, drive improvements, and raise the standard of maintenance work across the organization. You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and can communicate technical issues clearly. You are confident in leading maintenance teams, coaching colleagues, managing supplier relationships, and driving initiatives that strengthen the quality and reliability of production equipment.
