We are now looking for an engaged Meals Coordinator who wants to create quality, service and joy of food for our operations and customers. With us, you will have an important role where you lead the daily work in the kitchen and contribute to sustainable and efficient meal operations. As a Meals Coordinator, you will have a supervisory role without formal personnel responsibility. You are responsible for planning, coordinating and leading the daily kitchen work toward set goals and ensuring high quality and good service. Your duties include: • Lead and distribute daily kitchen work • Prepare and serve meals with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction • Handle administrative tasks such as ordering, cash handling and menu planning • Collaborate with the transport unit to create efficient and sustainable logistics • Contribute to development of production, work methods and procedures together with your immediate supervisor • Foster a good work environment and good cooperation in the work group With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a varied and meaningful role where you make a difference every day. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and enjoys coordinating, structuring and leading daily work forward. You work methodically and take responsibility for ensuring that operations function in an efficient and quality manner. As a person, you are solution-oriented, have an easy time collaborating and motivating others, and have the ability to plan and organize work even at a fast pace. You have a clear customer focus, strive for high quality in your work and communicate in a professional and clear manner. We see that you have: • Chef training or equivalent knowledge/experience that the employer deems equivalent • Several years of experience working as a chef • At least one year of experience coordinating or managing work groups • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written You are welcome to have: • Experience working with meals within municipal operations • Experience working with food cost software We will place great emphasis on personal qualities in this recruitment.
