Malmö Stadsteater Seeks Facilities Manager for Technical Department

As Facilities Manager with us, you are responsible for cleaning the facilities at Malmö Stadsteater. You work independently or in a team with other facilities staff. The position also includes ordering consumables and cleaning equipment in consultation with the technical manager. You will also plan the work schedules for facilities staff. The majority of the work is performed during daytime on weekdays, but weekend work also occurs regularly. The theater is an environment where no two days are the same, which places great demands on stress tolerance, humility, and flexibility. A probationary period may be applied. Start date by agreement. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: Have experience in facilities management in all its forms. Have experience ordering consumables. Have experience planning work schedules and creating rosters. Are thorough, self-directed, responsible, and have an eye for detail. Have good customer service skills and enjoy taking own initiatives. Are flexible regarding work hours. Can communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written (skills in additional languages are advantageous). Have knowledge of waste sorting and waste management according to modern environmental standards. Have a B driving license, as the position may involve transportation between the theater's various locations. Have computer skills. IT IS ADVANTAGEOUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE: Education in facilities management, such as SRY or similar. Knowledge of English.
