As a painter at Ockelbogårdar, you will be a key player within our property department. Your daily work is characterized by variety as you perform both interior and exterior painting work as well as wallpapering. In addition to the actual execution work, you are responsible for handling defect reports, addressing inspection remarks, and planning activities in consultation with contractors, colleagues, and our tenants. Responsibilities In your role as a painter, you will have the following responsibilities: • Perform various types of painting, both interior and exterior, as well as wallpapering • Handle defect reports related to the area • Address inspection remarks related to the area • Coordinate planning with contractors, residents, and colleagues Qualifications We are looking for someone with a professional foundation who is comfortable taking responsibility for your own work: Upper secondary school diploma in a relevant field Certification in the painting trade or equivalent documented training Multiple years of documented professional experience Good computer skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing Driver's license category B About the Company Ockelbogårdar AB Ockelbogårdar AB is a public housing company with the task of providing quality housing at a reasonable price.
