Painter for Residential Housing Company

As a painter with us, you will primarily work with painting and surface finish renovation in vacant rental apartments ahead of the next move-in. The work includes, among other things, preparation work, spackling, sanding, primer application, and painting of walls, ceilings, and woodwork. Exterior painting work also occurs on, for example, storage areas, trash rooms, and in some cases residential buildings. You plan the work, assess material needs, and are responsible for leaving the work site clean and orderly. Open to Everyone We focus on your competence, not your other circumstances.
