We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous painter to join our team. In this role, you will work on painting projects in new construction, renovation, and maintenance of residential properties, commercial spaces, and other real estate. Your responsibilities will include preparing surfaces through spackling, sanding, and priming, as well as painting walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces. The work may also include wallpapering, fabric installation, minor repairs, and treatment of various surfaces. You are responsible for protecting the work area, performing high-quality work, and following applicable safety regulations. The position involves both independent work and collaboration with supervisors and other trades on the construction site. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious, with experience in painting work within construction.
