We will entrust you with:
preparing opinions on advertising facility placement development proposals and conceptual solutions in Riga's administrative territory.
within your competence, preparing decisions on submitted construction plans on issues of the city's visual (spatial and material) environment and infrastructure development;
participating in the work of juries evaluating urban environment object design and placement competitions;
evaluating and approving public events, municipal celebrations design, temporary art and design projects in Riga's administrative territory, assessing visual appearance, design, integration into the urban environment and advertising-related matters;
reviewing and approving signs, advertising, and advertising facility projects in Riga's administrative territory.
We expect from you:
a bachelor's degree or second-level professional higher education in visual arts, decorative arts, design or architecture, as well as in another related field;
state language knowledge at the highest level;
work experience in the respective professional field of at least 1 year;
business communication skills;
skills to work with image, graphics and photo processing applications (Google Street, QGIS, CorelDraw, Photoshop, Bentley Microstation, etc.).
