As a Maintenance Manager, your days will be varied as you support our facility operators with technical guidance. You will lead maintenance investment projects and smaller capital investments from start to finish, while monitoring the project's financial and safety KPIs. Since safety always comes first for us, you will actively participate in safety inspections and drive continuous improvements in health, environment, and safety (HSE) according to the Plan-Do-Check-Act principle. Finally, you will contribute to budgeting and be responsible for verifying and approving invoices for external maintenance services within your assigned budget and approval authority. This is a specialist role with no direct management or personnel responsibility. As our new Maintenance Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Maintenance Manager. Our primary base and office is located in Linköping, but for the right candidate, Stockholm or Gothenburg works equally well as we offer a flexible hybrid arrangement where you can alternate between office work and working from home. Since our facilities are located in several places, this position requires considerable travel, primarily to our facilities in Sweden and Denmark. We look forward to receiving your application! Selection and interviews will take place after the summer vacation starting week 33. Areas of Responsibility Manage maintenance agreements with original equipment manufacturers (OEM) or other service providers. Prepare and carry out maintenance investment projects and small-scale investment projects. Participate in expansion investments and implement maintenance projects. Identify and procure critical spare parts to ensure balanced facility availability and reduced downtime in relation to cost. Arrange and organize spare parts availability and/or storage in coordination with Gasum's overall spare parts inventory. Keep spare parts inventory data updated in the asset management system. Provide support with process troubleshooting as needed, in coordination with support from OEMs. When needed, cover for and step in for colleagues in control systems. Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders in related projects. Participate in budget formulation. Verify and approve invoices in accordance with company policy. Verify and check the accuracy of invoices for external maintenance services. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you match the following profile: Minimum vocational university degree (University of Applied Sciences) or equivalent technical education At least 1–3 years of experience from a similar role in maintenance, process, or manufacturing industry Experience working with modern maintenance systems Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good ability to understand process and technical documentation Basic mandatory licenses for the role Business travel Driver's license Desirable Previous experience specifically in biogas To succeed in this role, you are an independent problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with different parties, from suppliers to internal teams.
