We are now looking for a committed Maintenance Lead who wants to become a key person in our team and contribute to creating a safe, structured, and improvement-oriented workplace. About the Role As Maintenance Lead, you will be part of a team with the Line Manager and Process Manager and work closely with operators, technical and maintenance departments, and other support functions. You are an important part of developing our production system IWS (Intersnack Work System), where you are responsible for several of our Daily Management Systems (DMS) and ensure that work is conducted in a structured manner and leads to desired results. The position involves driving improvement work, coaching colleagues, and being a central player in the factory regarding preventive maintenance and daily management. Main Responsibilities Drive IWS work forward and follow up on results, with primary responsibility for preventive maintenance in your area Daily collection, compilation, and analysis of production data Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities Manage parts of the budget related to maintenance work Identify and eliminate losses and develop and ensure compliance with standards Coach and support colleagues and contribute to team competency development The position is day shift with placement at our factory in Angered. Start date by agreement. Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education and experience with systematic maintenance work and good technical understanding. You have a good understanding of how a production flow works and have experience leading improvement initiatives. We also see that you have good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English. Knowledge in LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar, as well as PLC programming is meriting. Experience from the food industry, experience in training, and experience with a coaching approach is meriting. Personal Qualities As a person, you are self-driven and proactive with good analytical ability. You have social competence and strong collaboration skills, as this role involves many contact points within the company. Furthermore, you easily create and communicate a holistic perspective and you perform your tasks in a structured and careful manner. To succeed in this role, we believe you are good at leading both yourself and others and are of the opinion that success is achieved through collective effort. You are motivated by problem-solving and are comfortable planning and driving your work independently based on agreed goals for the business.
