Macelleria Seeks Experienced Head Waiter for Evening Service

Macelleria is a respected Italian restaurant in Hagastaden where passion for food, service, and Italian food culture are at the center. With high ratings from our guests and a warm, family-like atmosphere, we continue to grow. We are now expanding our operations and seeking more engaged colleagues. We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter who wants to take responsibility for evening service and lead our service team. We are looking for someone who is a natural leader, passionate about guest service, and wants to be part of developing a restaurant with high ambitions. Job Responsibilities As Head Waiter, you have overall responsibility for evening service and ensure that the restaurant maintains the highest level of service, quality, and guest experience. Your responsibilities include: Lead, plan, and delegate work for the serving staff. Welcome and take care of our guests in a professional and personal manner. Ensure efficient collaboration between dining room, bar, and kitchen. Manage table reservations, guest requests, and any discrepancies. Train, coach, and motivate staff members. Ensure that routines are followed and that the restaurant maintains high service standards throughout the evening. Contribute to increased sales through good product knowledge and professional recommendations. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has several years of experience in the restaurant industry. Has experience as a Head Waiter or in another leadership role in service. Is a confident and inspiring leader who gets the team to perform together. Is service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused. Thrives working at a fast pace without compromising on quality. Has a genuine interest in food, beverages, and guest experiences. Speaks Swedish and English. Italian is a merit but not required.
