About the Workplace The position is located at the HR Department, which is part of the regimental staff at the Air Defence Regiment. The HR Department consists of two sections, the HR Section and the Personnel Section, where this position is placed within the Personnel Section. Work Tasks As a Personnel Administrator with a legal services specialization, you will handle and prepare personnel matters of a legal nature. You provide support and advice to managers on administrative law issues and participate in investigations and statements in preparation for decisions. The role involves close collaboration with operations, unit leadership, and other functions within the Swedish Armed Forces. As a Personnel Administrator with legal services specialization, you will also handle other personnel-related matters such as relationship management, personnel administration, and other tasks and activities within your capacity as a staff member. Requirements Qualifications Relevant approved academic degree Experience handling tasks involving classified information Category B driving license Personal Qualities You are a person with high security awareness and analytical thinking. You are a good administrator who is meticulous with details and skilled at working with formal texts. You can independently drive the work tasks that the position requires and can manage multiple assignments while demonstrating strong collaboration skills and willingness to help colleagues when needed. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
