Restaurang Brazilia is now hiring a self-driven and experienced lunch chef for our kitchen team! We serve over 280 lunches daily, Monday through Friday, in the heart of KTH Campus in Stockholm. Our focus is traditional Swedish home cooking and international buffet dishes – flavorful, well-prepared food with high quality and excellent service. About the Position Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 Work Location: Restaurang Brazilia, KTH Campus, Stockholm Responsibilities Prepare and cook buffet dishes (Swedish home cooking and international dishes) Plan and manage daily lunch service Ensure proper hygiene and organization in the kitchen Work both independently and as part of a team Participate in daily routines including prep, serving, cleaning, and quality control 🔍 What We're Looking For Documented experience as a lunch chef, preferably from a buffet restaurant Self-driven, responsible, efficient, and organized Strong teamwork skills while also comfortable working independently Knowledge of food hygiene and professional kitchen procedures Fluent in Swedish or English What We Offer A stable full-time position in a fast-paced environment with great team spirit A professional kitchen team with strong camaraderie Opportunity to contribute your own ideas to the menu A central location in a vibrant campus environment Does this sound like you?
