Your responsibilities We are now seeking an LSS Case Manager for the Adult Department, Assessment and Follow-up unit. The work consists of assessment and follow-up of decided interventions according to SOL and LSS directed toward the LSS target group. The work also includes motivational work (MI) as well as providing information and advice to users and collaboration partners. Other common tasks include internal collaboration within the department and external collaboration with other relevant actors such as service providers and health care services. As an LSS Case Manager working with the LSS target group, no two days are alike. It is a challenging, rewarding, and important job where you have the chance to make a contribution. In your work, you will have support from mentors, case supervision within your work group, external supervision, administrative support, senior social workers, and support from the unit manager. Your workplace The Social Services Department is a department in transition. We work with a flexible approach to meet the challenges together, and especially the new Social Services Act and the opportunities it brings. The unit has LSS Case Managers, two senior social workers, and a unit manager. The unit works closely with the Individual and Family Care unit, the Social Psychiatry unit, and the team from the Housing Unit. Working hours are scheduled weekdays 07:50-17:00 and 07:50-16:00 during summer months with a flexible time agreement. Remote work is possible by agreement, when deemed appropriate based on operational needs and personal circumstances. We work activity-based and are located in newly renovated, fresh office spaces at Drottninggatan 45. About you We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or behavioral science. If you have taken courses in social work, social law, administrative law, and psychology, this will be considered a merit. It is highly advantageous if you have work experience with authority functions. If you also have work experience within LSS, SOL, and experience with work related to mental health issues, we will consider this a merit. It is also desirable if you have experience with IBIC and the business system Treserva. A B-category driver's license is required for this position as travel is part of the job. This position involves collaboration with both internal and external contacts with accompanying documentation, which requires strong Swedish skills in both spoken and written form.
