Solutions Architect for Public Sector We are seeking an experienced solutions architect for a consulting engagement with a public sector organization in the Gothenburg region. You will be part of the governance and structure unit and will work with both ongoing and new solution designs, primarily in the pre-study, procurement, and implementation phases. Lead vendors, business units, and IT roles in architecture work. Translate business needs into technical solutions based on gap analyses. Model application and integration architecture (current state vs. target state). Contribute to the unit's templates, reference architectures, and internal reviews. Core Requirements Several years of experience as a solutions architect in complex IT environments (roles as only project manager or specialist do not meet the requirement). Documented experience leading others in developing solution designs. Experience with LOU (Law on Public Procurement). Experience applying legal requirements, strategies, and technical principles in architecture work. Ability to write clear design documents (e.g., TOGAF ADD or equivalent). Ability to model application and integration views and describe end-to-end flows. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Desirable Qualifications TOGAF certification (or equivalent framework). Experience from a municipality, region, or government agency. Experience with public sector components (e.g., Inera, BankID, Peppol, SFTI).
