About the Company The assignment is with one of the world's largest global providers of transport and logistics services. With offices and facilities on six continents, they deliver logistics solutions for thousands of companies daily. About the Assignment As a Payroll Specialist in this role, you play a significant part in ensuring the quality of the payroll process. In addition to managing payroll from employment to termination, you actively contribute to digitalizing routines, processes, and creating manuals for personnel administration. You will have extensive contact with managers and employees throughout the country and will handle payroll for both unionized employees and salaried staff. Your main responsibilities: - Operational work with the entire payroll process - Internal reporting to accounting - External reporting to authorities such as the Swedish Tax Agency, Statistics Sweden, and the Enforcement Service - Management of year-end and vacation year adjustments in payroll systems and file transfers to banks - Supporting managers/employees with collective agreement matters regarding salary/compensation - System administration in HR System - Work on improving the efficiency of the payroll process This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Emploid and hired out as a consultant to the client company. About You To thrive in the role of Payroll Specialist, you are meticulous, team-oriented, and collaborate easily with and support your colleagues. You have a positive attitude and can handle occasionally high and uneven workloads without compromising quality. You have great patience and a strong drive to move things forward, which means you take ownership of your work and drive it with a high degree of independence. In addition, the following is required to be considered for the position: - Post-secondary education in a relevant field - A couple of years of experience with qualified payroll work and competence in the entire payroll process - Experience interpreting collective agreements - Experience working in a system-oriented manner with the payroll process and knowledge of file transfers - Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English Additional Information Start: Immediately Location: Landskrona Working hours: Full-time, Office hours 08:00-16:45 Salary: By agreement A background check will be conducted on the final candidate in the recruitment process If you have questions about the position, please email responsible recruiter Anders Romberg at [email protected].
