About the Operation As the operation is in a major development and transformation phase with several ongoing projects, we need to strengthen our team. You will be part of a payroll team that provides service and consultative support to our customers. The Property, Support and Service Department develops processes and solutions that make it easy for our customers within the Västra Götaland Region to focus on their core activities. About the Work You will contribute as a payroll consultant through: • support via telephone and through our case management system regarding schedules, payroll and employment agreements related to compensation • registration and quality controls in the payroll process • drafting employment contracts and certificates • training and information initiatives About You We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in payroll administration. Alternatively, you have other education that, together with experience in payroll administration or similar, is deemed equivalent. You have experience working with payroll-related matters and are accustomed to providing support to customers via telephone. Your digital competence is strong; you find it easy to understand and learn to work in different systems and with digital work methods. As a person, you are engaged and self-directed and take responsibility for your own development while contributing to the team's success. You thrive with change and are ready to take initiatives to improve both yourself and the department's work methods. We highly value good collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with your colleagues, and you have excellent ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with colleagues, other departments and customers. Furthermore, you are flexible and find it easy to reprioritize. You are structured and organized so that work and quality controls are done correctly. Our organizational language is Swedish, which means you need to be proficient in Swedish both verbally and in writing. It is a merit if you have previously worked with the Heroma payroll system and case management systems.
