Your Assignment
As a Payroll Administrator at FRA, you will be part of the payroll team, organized within the HR office in the Operations Support department. The department has the task of supporting the organization both administratively and strategically. Together, the team is responsible for the agency's payroll. You will work with the entire payroll process. The work also includes interpreting laws and collective agreements as well as providing support to employees and managers.
You Can
We are looking for someone who has:
Post-secondary payroll education or education that the employer considers equivalent, or who has acquired corresponding experience through professional experience
Experience interpreting laws and collective agreements
Good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
We consider it advantageous if you have:
Professional experience in payroll administration work
Professional experience with some form of change management
Knowledge of scheduling
Knowledge of collective agreements

The workplace is located near Drottningholm, approximately 10 minutes from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security class. Before employment, you will be security vetted in accordance with the Security Protection Act. Employment includes an obligation to be placed on a war-time assignment list.
