Here you will lead an important function that processes approximately 5,000 salaries every month and that is of great importance to managers and employees across multiple organizations. Together we are 11 dedicated employees working toward an efficient, quality-assured, and modern payroll process. DUTIES
Your Assignment:
- Lead and develop - you are responsible for creating an efficient and quality-assured payroll process through shared working methods and refined procedures.
- Drive visible change - you will have a key role in modernizing the payroll unit and creating working methods that make everyday life easier for both employees and managers.
- Support, guide, and educate - you will be an important resource in payroll matters and contribute to increased knowledge and confidence in the organization.
- Take overall responsibility - you have personnel, budget, and workplace environment responsibility and report directly to the HR Manager. The role gives you significant authority to influence and shape the payroll unit's continued development.
Your location is in Osby, with close collaboration with the municipalities and operations that the payroll unit supports.

Meritorious:
- Experience working in the HR/payroll field.
- Experience leading projects or change initiatives.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and scheduling systems.
Requirements:
- Relevant education (HR, economics, payroll, or equivalent).
- Leadership experience.
- Class B driver's license.
Employment Type: Permanent position.
Duration: Start date by agreement.
