Sustainability begins with each individual and our ability to create impact. With the right knowledge and skills, we can drive positive change – for people, businesses, and society as a whole. We specialize in recruitment and competence development and are driven by strengthening people's potential and contributing to business growth. For us, it all starts with people, and together we work toward a more sustainable society. Are you looking for a valuable part-time job alongside your studies where you can take responsibility, develop professionally, and become part of an engaged team? We are now looking for an additional payroll assistant on a part-time basis. With us, you'll gain valuable experience in payroll administration and the opportunity to develop your skills in a role with many contact points across the organization. About the Role As a payroll assistant, you will work approximately two days per week alongside your studies. The schedule is planned weekly based on business needs and your study schedule, giving you the flexibility to combine work with your studies. During month-end periods, the workload is higher as that's when the month's time reports need to be finalized. Therefore, it's especially important that you can work during these periods. You will be based at our new office in Umeå and work closely with colleagues at both locations. You'll become part of a team with close collaboration, high engagement, and a culture where we help each other and enjoy working together. Responsibilities As a payroll assistant, you will be an important support function for our consultant managers across the country. You will primarily work with tasks related to time reporting, payroll administration, and system support. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting consultant managers with monthly time reporting - Reviewing and approving time reports for payroll processing - Providing support to the organization on payroll-related matters - Handling other system administration tasks - Developing and updating procedures, guides, and instructions The work is largely independent, while you're also part of our payroll assistant team. In the team, you collaborate closely, share knowledge, and support each other in daily tasks. To give you the best conditions to succeed in the role, you will follow a clear introduction and training plan. You'll receive ongoing support from the team and progressively build the knowledge needed to feel confident and independent in your work. What We're Looking For - You are studying economics at university or college with at least two years remaining in your studies - Preferably have previous work experience in a role involving customer contact, service, or administration - Have good skills with the Office suite - Have very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Previous experience in payroll administration is a plus but not required. What matters most is that you have the willingness and ability to learn. Who Are You? We believe you'll thrive and succeed in this role if you are meticulous, well-organized, and responsible. You enjoy working independently and have the ability to drive your tasks forward, while also being willing to ask for help or collaborate with others when needed. You have an eye for detail and enjoy understanding why something doesn't add up and finding solutions. Since the role involves many contact points, it's also important that you are communicative and enjoy collaborating closely with both consultant managers and your colleagues on the payroll team. As a person, you contribute with engagement and positive energy and appreciate being part of a team where we take responsibility for both our individual and collective results. You can also identify with our core values: SUCCESS: You challenge yourself to continuously develop, you work hard but smart!
