Examples of work tasks As a Payroll Administrator/System Administrator, you are a central resource for administration, configuration, and support of the municipality's payroll system. You work with personnel administration for all of the municipality's employees and are responsible for, among other things: System administration, management of user permissions, and ensuring data integrity Technical support and training for HR colleagues and managers Payroll calculations, payroll runs with associated deliveries, for example to other authorities Ensuring correct payroll handling in accordance with laws and collective agreements Responsibility for reporting, statistics, and quality assurance Qualifications Secondary education with a focus on economics, IT, or computer science At least 1 year of experience in HR administration Experience with collaboration and support for managers/employees Digital competence and good knowledge of IT systems within HR Good skills in Swedish and English Meritorious with education within the personnel and/or payroll field Personal qualities We see you as service-minded and enjoy collaboration, and you are also flexible and stress-resilient. To manage the assignment, you need to be both structured and have some analytical ability. You will work partly independently and are expected to take initiative for improvements and development of our payroll process.
