Main Duties We are looking for you who are an experienced payroll specialist/payroll administrator and who enjoys working in a service-oriented role in a changing organization. You will be an important part of our payroll administration work and a support for both your colleagues in the unit and MUST's other employees. Since the organization does not have a self-reporting system, you will among other things work with reviewing and registering incoming payroll documents and travel expense reports. The role also includes providing support and guidance on matters related to: time reporting payroll administration and benefits benefits taxation salary and travel-related laws and agreements. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to ensuring correct, efficient, and service-oriented payroll administration. Qualifications High school diploma Experience working as a payroll administrator or other experience that the employer deems relevant Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing Meritorious YH education in payroll or other education that the employer deems relevant Experience with payroll administrative work within a government agency Experience with travel-related regulations and agreements Interest and understanding of systems-related questions Personal Qualities To thrive in the role, you need to be service-oriented, thorough, and organized. Because the work tasks often include several different aspects and involve many contact points, you need to be good at creating and maintaining trusting relationships. You take responsibility for your work tasks and together with your colleagues ensure that the work maintains good quality and is completed on time. The role also places high demands on security awareness, judgment, and personal integrity. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
