Your Tasks Would you like to work with payroll in an operation where digital methods, automation, and continuous improvements are a natural part of everyday work? With us, you have the opportunity to work broadly within the payroll area in a system environment with a high degree of automation and integration. You will participate in the continued development of our processes and methods in Visma HR+ 8. As a payroll administrator with us, you work together with the team through the entire payroll process and help ensure high quality, good service, and correct salaries on time. Each month we deliver approximately 3,500 pay slips to both our own employees and our external payroll customers, which places high demands on accuracy, structure, and collaboration. In the role, you will, among other things: • Work with the entire payroll process, from data entry, verification to follow-up and reporting • Support managers and employees with payroll-related matters • Participate in the development and improvement of our payroll processes and methods • Handle annual payroll processes, such as salary reviews, leave management, and year-end closing • Work with monitoring, analysis, and quality assurance of payroll-related data • Collaborate closely with colleagues in payroll, HR, and other parts of the organization At Coop Nord, you become part of an unpretentious team where we help each other, share knowledge, and develop our methods together. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in payroll work who wants to continue developing within the payroll field in a role where you get to work both operatively and with improvement work. You have a degree in economics, payroll, or another field that we deem relevant for the position, or alternatively, you have acquired corresponding knowledge through work experience. To thrive with us, we believe you are analytical and curious. You enjoy working with numbers, like understanding relationships, and have an interest in analyzing, following up, and understanding how processes and systems fit together. You like solving problems, have an eye for detail, and are comfortable working in a role where quality and service are important parts of everyday work.
