Responsibilities As a payroll administrator, you are responsible for the entire payroll process for your own customer portfolio. You work broadly—from collecting documentation to running payroll, reconciliations, and reporting. The role also involves ongoing customer contact and significant personal responsibility for delivery and quality. Main responsibilities: • Handle and ensure quality of payroll documentation • Conduct payroll runs and post-processing checks • Manage reporting, statistics, and reconciliations • Ensure timely delivery according to deadlines • Serve as the contact person for customers on payroll-related matters Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Education in payroll • Several years of experience in payroll administration • Strong Excel skills • Strong knowledge of Swedish and English We also consider it an asset if you have: • Experience with payroll outsourcing • Good knowledge of the Agda PS payroll system To succeed in this role, you are thorough and responsible.
