As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work both operatively within facilities management and with coordination of daily operations. You are responsible for quality assurance, onboarding of new employees, resource planning, and development of procedures and work methods. You will be an important part of the team and a key person in ensuring efficient and professional deliverables. Examples of work tasks: • Perform facilities management according to established procedures and quality requirements. • Plan, coordinate, and distribute daily work. • Conduct quality checks and follow up on deviations. • Onboard, train, and mentor new employees. • Update procedures, work instructions, and processes. • Order materials and ensure access to equipment for daily operations. • Contribute to business development and improvement initiatives. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has: • Experience in professional facilities management. • Good knowledge of cleaning methods, cleaning chemistry, and cleaning equipment. • Experience with quality monitoring or quality assurance. • Good administrative skills and experience working with digital systems. • B-class driver's license. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Meritorious qualifications: • SRY, PRYL, or other relevant facilities management training. • Experience in team leadership, coordination, or staff training. • Knowledge of INSTA 800 or similar quality standards. • Experience in procurement, resource planning, or working in an international environment.
