Facility Attendant for Uppsalahem's Western District (Temporary Position)

Uppsalahem is Uppsala's leading housing company with approximately 300 dedicated employees managing our portfolio of around 18,000 apartments. Here you'll work with something truly meaningful to people—their homes. Your Assignment As a facility attendant at Uppsalahem, you work closely with our tenants and contribute to their well-being by keeping our properties' shared spaces clean and well-maintained. Your tasks include cleaning stairwells, laundry rooms, and basement corridors. You'll be responsible for facility maintenance in one or several residential areas, giving you great freedom to plan and structure your workday. The work is largely independent, while you're also part of a committed team that supports and helps each other when needed. You're responsible and thorough, with the ability to independently plan and carry out your work. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with: • Completed upper secondary education • Previous experience in facility maintenance • B-class driver's license • Good Swedish language skills It's a merit if you've completed training in facility maintenance.
