With us, you get to work with something that is most important to people - their homes. Your assignment with us We are now seeking a Facilities Attendant for Uppsalahem's Eastern District. As a Facilities Attendant at Uppsalahem, you are one of those who work closest to our customers. You enjoy meeting people and radiate joy in customer interactions. You contribute to our tenants' well-being by keeping our properties' common areas clean and well-maintained. Your work tasks include cleaning, for example, stairwells, laundry rooms, and basement corridors. In your role, you are responsible for one or more residential areas, which gives you great freedom to plan your work independently. You work mostly independently, but you are part of a tight team and sometimes we help each other with each other's areas. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has: - A basic school education, while a high school diploma is an advantage - Previous experience in facilities maintenance work - A Class B driver's license - Good knowledge of Swedish - If you have also completed training in this field, that is an advantage. Since you will be in contact with our tenants, we want you to be good at communicating and showing commitment and empathy.
