Your Assignment As a facilities attendant, you are responsible for scheduled cleaning within your work area. You work independently based on clear procedures and quality standards, while always having support from colleagues and your manager when needed. Your duties include, among others: Performing daily cleaning in preschools and schools, such as classrooms, corridors, staff areas, dining halls, and hygiene facilities Restocking consumables such as soap, paper, and other hygiene products Using cleaning machines, professional equipment, and other tools Conducting major cleaning, periodic cleaning, and window washing according to schedule Documenting completed work and reporting deviations via digital tools Handling and storing cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and proper manner Following routines for hygiene, work environment, and safety Prioritizing and adapting work based on operational needs Where possible, we use mechanical cleaning to achieve consistent results and reduce physical strain. We also use a digital planning and follow-up system where you can access work instructions, cleaning schedules, and procedures via mobile device or tablet, and report any deviations. Work hours are primarily scheduled for mornings and daytime. Evening and weekend work may occur during events such as open houses, school closures, and other activities. This is always planned well in advance. Your Experience For this position, you must have: Experience in professional facilities maintenance or equivalent practical service work Good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written A thorough and hygiene-conscious work approach Good digital competence and experience using digital tools to support your work It is an advantage if you also have: Training in facilities maintenance, such as SRY, PRYL, or equivalent Experience with mechanical cleaning, periodic cleaning, or working with cleaning in school and preschool environments Class B driver's license Is This You?
