Your Role As a facilities cleaner, you are responsible for scheduled cleaning within your work area. You work independently based on clear procedures and quality standards, while always having support from colleagues and your supervisor when needed. Your tasks include, among others: perform daily cleaning in preschools and schools, such as classrooms, corridors, staff areas, dining halls, and sanitary facilities refill consumable materials such as soap, paper, and other hygiene products use cleaning machines, professional equipment, and other tools perform major cleaning, periodic cleaning, and window washing according to schedule document completed work and report deviations through digital tools handle and store cleaning equipment and materials safely and correctly follow procedures for hygiene, workplace environment, and safety prioritize and adapt work based on the organization's needs Where possible, we use mechanical cleaning to achieve consistent results and reduce physical strain. We also use a digital planning and follow-up system where you can access work instructions, cleaning schedules, and procedures via mobile device or tablet, and report any deviations. Working hours are primarily scheduled for mornings and daytime. Evening and weekend work may occur for events such as open houses, school celebrations, and other occasions. This is always planned well in advance. Your Experience For this position, we require: experience in professional facilities management or equivalent practical service work strong ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing a thorough and hygiene-conscious work approach good digital skills and experience using digital tools to support your work It is an advantage if you also have: training in facilities management, such as SRY, PRYL, or equivalent experience with mechanical cleaning, periodic cleaning, or work in school and preschool environments a B-category driver's license Is This You?
