About the Role As a Facilities Attendant, you and your colleagues have an important role in ensuring the overall experience in our customer's facilities. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's facilities, as well as other tasks that may occur such as conference service, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care. The position is part-time, 12.5 hours per week, permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period. We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the customer. It's important that you're responsive to the customer's needs. You have a natural ability to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and team-based. We'd like to see that you have experience from service professions or industry experience.
