JOB DUTIES Are you service-oriented, thorough, and enjoy working in varying environments? Then this position might be for you! The Food and Facility Maintenance Unit is seeking a facility maintenance worker. As a facility maintenance worker with us, you will have independent work with the opportunity for good collaboration with your colleagues. Your job duties consist of daily cleaning within various municipal operations. In addition to regular cleaning, you are also responsible for ordering materials, deep cleaning, and floor maintenance. The work is physically demanding and sometimes intensive. As a facility maintenance worker, you contribute to creating clean, pleasant, and welcoming environments, which requires both service mindset, thoroughness, and high quality in your work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with experience from service professions, preferably in facility maintenance or work in public environments. If you have training in facility maintenance, such as SRY or PRYL, experience with cleaning machines, and knowledge of floor care, that is an advantage. As a facility maintenance worker with us, you are flexible, self-driven, and have the ability to plan your work efficiently. You enjoy meeting people, have an aptitude for building good relationships, have a professional demeanor, and value thorough work. A driver's license is a requirement as work takes place at various locations within the municipality. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as the work involves communication with colleagues and residents as well as some administration and documentation. The work involves some physical exertion and requires good mobility. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
