About the Role & Compensation:
This position is perfect if you want to combine administrative work from home with practical fieldwork. The role and salary are divided as follows:
Customer Service & Bookings (Commission-based): You handle incoming calls, emails, and bookings from customers. For this work, you receive a 10% commission on the net fee (excluding VAT) for each confirmed booking. You control your own time when responding to customers.
Local Care (Hourly Rate): You work in the field and perform cleaning services (home cleaning, move-out cleaning, etc.) together with our team. For this work, you receive a fixed hourly rate by agreement.
Qualifications:
Language: You speak and write fluent Swedish (this is an absolute requirement for customer contact).
Experience: Experience in cleaning is a merit, but your attitude is most important.
Personal Qualities: You are service-oriented, driven, thorough, and punctual. You thrive with a varied workday.
Driver's License: A class B driver's license is a plus.
