We are located in Kiruna, Gällivare, and Haparanda. To ALLTIME Malmfälten AB, Kiruna we are now seeking a: Facility Attendant The Role of Facility Attendant In the role of facility attendant, you will work with cleaning of the client's premises. Other service tasks such as conference services, window cleaning, deep cleaning, maintenance of coffee machines and plants are also included. You will also work with basic property-related support services within facility management. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and takes initiative. You thrive in the role as a company representative and share ALLTIME Malmfälten AB's commitment to delivering high-quality service. This means you should have a high level of service, good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to make suggestions for improvements to the client. It is important that you are attentive to the client's needs and have a sense for additional sales. You easily build good relationships with both customers and colleagues, and you should also have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups. We appreciate that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language. A B driver's license is required.
