About the Role As a Facilities Cleaner, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's facilities, as well as other tasks that may arise such as conference services, refilling water and coffee machines, and plant care. The positions are 40–75%, permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period. We may also seek part-time employees with a lower employment percentage. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and be able to offer suggestions for improvements to the customer. It is important that you are attentive to the customer's needs. You find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both independent and team-based. We would like to see that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you speak Swedish fluently and are a Swedish citizen, which is a customer requirement. Upper secondary education is required.
