About the Role As a Facility Attendant, you and your colleagues have an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's facilities. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's facilities, as well as other tasks that may include conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care. The position is full-time, permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period. We may also be seeking part-time employees at a lower service level. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsive, responsible, and takes initiative. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and can suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are attentive to the customer's needs. You have an easy way of building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate since the work can be both individual and in groups. We would like to see that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you are fluent in Swedish and are a Swedish citizen, which is a customer requirement. A high school diploma is required. Your Application We hope we have sparked your interest!
