Janitorial Staff for Stairwell Cleaning at 100% and 75%

We are now looking for two dedicated and meticulous janitorial staff to join our team in Uppsala. In this role, you will work with stairwell cleaning and maintenance of common areas in residential properties and commercial facilities throughout Uppsala. The positions are full-time at 100% and part-time at 75% with fixed working hours, primarily during daytime on weekdays. We are looking for someone who is driven by quality, thorough and engaged in your work. You are positive and enjoy being the company's face to customers. You are flexible, reliable and enjoy physical work. We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements: Education: You have a certified cleaning education, such as an SRY vocational certificate, PRYL or equivalent documented janitorial training. Experience: You have previous experience with professional stairwell cleaning or janitorial work. Machine experience: You have experience operating small cleaning machines (e.g. combination scrubbers). Driver's license: You have a Class B driver's license (required to operate service vehicles between properties). Language: You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, for communication with residents and safety instructions. Physical condition: You are in good physical condition as the work involves a lot of stair climbing and heavy lifting.
