A position at 75% Collective agreement and secure employment terms Fixed monthly salary – the same salary every month Mileage compensation between customers if you use your own car for work Paid travel time between customers Insurance (sick leave, liability and occupational pension) Wellness allowance of SEK 2,400 per year Free mobile subscription Free introduction and training in home cleaning Opportunity for further training in service and cleaning A Field Lead/Buddy who supports you in your work Team meetings and joint activities With us, you get the right conditions to develop and succeed in your role. Your responsibilities As a housekeeper at Hemfrid, you help our customers create clean, welcoming and comfortable homes. The work tasks consist mainly of: Cleaning houses and apartments Vacuuming and wet cleaning of floors Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms Dusting and cleaning various surfaces Making beds and simple household services You work with several different customers during the day and are an important part of their everyday lives. Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who: Enjoy working both independently and in a team Are careful, responsible and service-minded Have a positive attitude and enjoy helping people Want to develop and learn more Speak Swedish or English Can work Monday–Friday between 08:00–17:00 Enjoy varied work with different customers Meritorious B driver's license and access to your own car Experience in housekeeping, home cleaning or other service professions Apply today!
