Facilities Cleaner, Window Cleaner, and Move-Out Cleaner

Job Description: AB Helmiljö is now looking for a thorough and service-oriented person who can assist as needed with facilities cleaning, window cleaning, move-out cleaning, specialized cleaning, and other cleaning tasks in Ludvika and the surrounding Dalarna region. We are a local cleaning company that works with both corporate and private clients. Quality, responsibility, and friendly service are important to us. We now need to strengthen our team with a person who can work extra on an hourly basis when needed, for example for larger projects, move-out cleanings, window cleaning, specialized cleaning, and during periods of higher demand. Job Duties You will work with, among other things: Facilities cleaning for businesses and private individuals Window cleaning for private individuals and businesses Move-out cleanings Specialized and deep cleanings Other extra cleaning tasks as needed Customer contact and simple on-site planning This job is right for you if you enjoy practical work, like seeing clear results from your work, and can take responsibility for leaving a clean and professional final result. We are looking for someone who: Has experience with cleaning/facilities maintenance Has a valid Class B driver's license Can communicate in Swedish Is thorough, responsible, and punctual Has a friendly manner with customers and colleagues Can work independently and take own initiative Is flexible and can assist when needed Experience with window cleaning, move-out cleaning, specialized cleaning, or other facilities work is a bonus, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, are thorough, and want to do a good job.
