Facilities Attendant, Part-Time

Location: Stockholm Scope: Part-time, 3–4 hours/day Work hours: Morning shift starting at 06:00 Start date: As soon as possible About the Position Audio Production Academy is seeking a part-time facilities attendant for morning shifts. You will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are clean, fresh, and functioning for each new day – and will become part of the team that ensures operations run smoothly from the first hour of the morning. Responsibilities The role is broader than traditional cleaning and includes, among other things: Cleaning and maintenance of the facility's premises Care of plants/flowers in the facility Prepping the café for the day (stocking and retrieving items) Ordering consumables such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. Other practical facility maintenance that ensures the premises function well daily What We're Looking For You are thorough, self-directed, and arrive on time for morning shifts You take responsibility for the facility as a whole – not just the cleaning tasks You can plan and place simple orders/purchases independently Requirements Swedish or English language skills: mandatory Previous experience: desirable Certificate from the criminal record register Terms Employment type: Probationary employment on a permanent basis / Fixed-term contract Salary: By agreement Work days: Mon-Fri
