JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Cleaning Operations department is seeking a facilities cleaner, 1 position. As a facilities cleaner, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and in collaboration with your colleagues. You will be part of a team that covers for staff absences within Cleaning Operations. Your workday consists of daily cleaning throughout the municipality's various facilities. In addition to daily cleaning, you will also perform deep cleaning and floor maintenance on a periodic basis. Facilities cleaning work is physically demanding and sometimes occurs at a fast pace. It is important that the work is characterized by good customer service, punctuality, and high quality with the customer in focus. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you have experience working in service professions similar to facilities cleaning, preferably in public environments. You have certified training in facilities cleaning such as SRY or PRYL or equivalent, experience with cleaning machinery, and knowledge of floor maintenance. Experience driving a small van. The work requires you to be flexible and service- and customer-focused. You enjoy new environments, can work independently, and have the ability to plan your work efficiently. You have good collaboration skills, are responsible, and active in your work. Your work style is characterized by a good ability to build and maintain positive relationships, and you value carefully executed work. Good Swedish language skills are required to access information on the operation's various digital platforms, communicate, and read instructions.
