To our new customer in Bålsta, we are looking for dedicated and service-oriented facilities maintenance professionals for ISS Specialist Team! About the Role The work involves specialized cleaning that includes high-access work in our customer's warehouse facilities. As a facilities maintenance professional, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will be responsible for specialized cleaning tasks in the customer's facilities. The position is full-time and part-time and is a permanent employment contract, with an initial six-month probationary period. We will also be recruiting part-time employees with reduced hours. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working at heights and has a strong commitment to service. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, good overview of your cleaning area, and can suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you listen to the customer's needs. You find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as work can be both individual and team-based. We prefer candidates with experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you are fluent in Swedish. A driver's license is advantageous.
