You are needed as Linköping develops. Lion Properties has overall responsibility for real estate supply to public operations in Linköping Municipality. As a real estate developer with us, you will have an important role. You are responsible for transforming requests for space needs into concrete space sketches and working with real estate developers to develop decision-making materials for renovations and new construction. You will also act as a project manager in the early stages of smaller renovation projects. You will primarily work with:
Mapping the customer's real estate needs for renovations and new construction through close dialogue with and advice to the designated representatives of the operations.
Converting real estate needs into concrete materials and documents, such as space programs, room function programs and drawings, in cooperation with architectural firms.
Reviewing and quality assuring documents and drawings to ensure that the proposed space solutions meet the operations' needs.
You will become part of a driven and competent group of nine colleagues consisting of real estate developers and property developers. In your role, you will also work extensively with other colleagues at Lion Properties.

What do you bring to us?We are looking for you who have education in property management, construction or architecture. You also have experience with real estate and construction matters and can read construction and floor plans. It is advantageous if this experience comes from public operations.
To thrive in the role, you need to be experienced in working close to customers and maintaining and nurturing internal and external contacts. You are structured, business-minded and like to take responsibility. You enjoy working with others and have very good collaboration skills, while being self-driven and moving your work forward.
The role involves many contact points and varying tasks. It is therefore important that you are flexible, have good communication skills and find it easy to create and maintain relationships. You place great importance on communicating with and updating affected parties during the work and are accommodating, clear and attentive in your approach. You express yourself clearly in speech and writing and have good system and IT skills.
